So rich. The original recipe came from an old recipe card (remember those?!) and just had whipped cream topping, but ice cream makes it OTT fantastic. Cookies and Cream is always a safe bet, or try Moose Tracks, Chocolate Chip/Mint Chocolate Chip or any Starbucks flavor!

1 choc or oreo graham cracker crust
1 cup icing sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
6oz semisweet choc, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2-3 cups ice cream, softened.
