Selected reviews:
-I substituted marshmallow fluff and cream cheese for the icing. The icing seemed like it would be too sweet with the sugar cookie crust. Was a big hit
-Instead of frosting I do 8oz of frozen whipped topping (thawed) and 8oz cream cheese beat together. Not as sweet as the frosting but delicious!
-The only thing I would suggest is to include on the recipe to refrigerate until ready to use as the topping gets a little runny when left out.
