Ingredients: 

1c kefir (plain or flavored)
1c almond milk (i prefer vanilla, unsweetened)
splash of aloe vera juice
2 handfuls frozen mixed berries & fruit
1T chia seeds
1 ripe banana


combine all ingredients in blender; blend well and serve. saves well in fridge to enjoy later in the day ~ no separating!
