Ingredients:

Gado-Gado Sauce
- 100 gm peanuts, fried. (with skin)
- 2 cloves of Garlic.
- 5 chilies (your preference, how spicy you want it).
- 1 tea spoon salt.
- 1 tea spoon Terasi (belacan) - but must be fried first (without oil), so it would be cooked.
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar. (or to preference).
- 1 tea spoon lime juice, freshly squeezed is better. (if you can't find lime, you can use lemons instead).
- 100 cc boiled water. (depends on how thin or thick you want your sauce)

Vegetables
- Long Beans
- Water Spinach)
- Cabbage (cut into thin slices)
- Siamese pumpkin (squash)
- Bean sprouts
- Tofu, 2 pieces
- Tempe, digoreng.
- 2 eggs, boiled
- Cucumber, sliced

  1. Boil: water spinach, long beans, Siam Pumpkin and cabbage. Do them one by one. not all together. About 1-2 minutes for each is fine
  2. Soak Bean Sprouts in a boiled hot water, and drain.
  3. Soak tempe and tofu in salted water; fry them (use oil); when done, cut into small cuts.
  4. Using mortar, grind peanuts into butter. Separate. Grind chilis, garlic, terasi and salt together. When done, mix together with "peanut butter". Add a bit of water, stir. Add palm sugar and lime juice. Mix until all well mixed.
  5. Serve the vegetables and sliced eggs in the plate. And pour the sauce on top of it.
