Garlic Wine Cream Sauce


Great with seafood ravioli or for when you just don't feel like having tomato sauce


Crema (or Sour Cream) 3 tsp
White Wine 1/2 cup
Butter Stick 4 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp
Garlic Powder 2 tsp
Milk (2 percent or Whole) 3 tbs
Olive Oil 1 tsp

1. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat.

2. Add white wine, crema, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil and increase heat to medium low. Stir frequently
