Gluten-Free Carob Waffles



2 eggs (all eggs in my recipes are small. See note below for egg-free substitutions)
3/4 cups Almond milk or other milk substitute
1/4 cup Grapeseed oil
1/2 cup Ground almonds
1/2 cup Carob powder (or for carob chip waffles, use chips instead)
1/4 cup Brown rice flour
1/4 cup Tapioca starch
1-1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp Stevia powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
