Ingredients: 

For the Batter:
1/3 cup gluten-free oat flour
1/3 cup gluten-free brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons milk (see note above)
2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the Apples:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons butter
1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
