Gluten Free Meatballs

Ingredients: 

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Organic/ Free Range Ground Beef.
1 lb. Natural Ground Pork Sausage ( NOT Jimmy Dean’s if eating clean)
1 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 large egg
1 cup Gluten Free Panko Crumbs ( or gluten free chex mix crushed to crumbs)
1 tsp. Salt
1 pint Homemade Marinara ( recipe will be shared later) or 1 jar gluten free, organic marinara sauce


  1. In a large bowl, mix the meat together so it is blended. Add in parsley, egg, parsley, and crumbs. Mix well by hand. Add in salt and mix well again.
     
  2. Once all ingredients are blended, take small bits of meat and roll into medium sized balls. Place balls in crock pot ( you can stack on top of each other if needed) and pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours, or cook on high for four hours. These make for great leftovers as well! Enjoy!
