Gluten-Free Pie Crust

Ingredients: 

1 cup brown rice flour
½ cup millet flour
½ cup potato starch
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) cold butter or shortening (Earth Balance sticks should work too)
1 large egg
1 Tablespoon ice water (maybe a little more)
