1/4 cup raw apple cidar vinegar
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 soaked dates, pits removed (more if you like it sweeter)
5 T Mrs. Dash garlic and herb spice
1/2 red bell pepper
2 T garlic powder or 1 clove fresh pressed garlic
1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos
1/2 small jalepeno, seeded and cut fine or a few jarred pepper rings (optional for a bit of spice)
Keep in mind that the vinaigre in this recipe will tenderize meat, so it should be put on meat 15-30 minutes before cooking, max. Any more and your meat may lose texture!
