1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 can tomato soup

1 pouch Success instant rice
Cook 1 pouch rice for 10 min
Mix hot rice with a teaspoon butter and add to hamburg mixture. Pour a little Tomatoe soup mixed with a little cabbage water into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Line casserole dish with the outer leaves of the cooked cabbage
Roll cabbage leaves around 3 tablespoons of meat mixture. Add a mixture of equal ants of Tomatoe soup, katsup and cabbage water together and pour over rolled stuffed cabbage. Bake 45 min to 1 hour
