Gooseberry Tart with Strawberry Cream

Ingredients: 

Shortcrust pastry to line and cover one tart (I always use this sweet shortcrust recipe and add orange zest and nutmeg but you can always buy some)

1 kilo of gooseberries

200g strawberries sliced

1/3 cup sugar

1 beaten egg

Strawberry Cream:

1 handful strawberries

300ml cream
