Small Portobello - 1/2 cup (sliced)
Cremini mushrooms - 1/2 cup (sliced)
Swiss cheese - 4 thin slices
Pepperoni - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Black pepper
White wine - 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley - 1tbsp (roughly chopped)
