1/2 cup whole raw almonds
1/2 cup whole raw cashews
1/3 cup raw pecans
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg yolk
1 14 oz. can (1 3/4 cups) pure coconut milk
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp pure vanilla extract (omit for Whole30)
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
