Don’t let the anchovies keep you from trying this…they’re completely optional!
13.8-oz. tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 to 2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. canned artichokes, drained and chopped
1/4 c. sliced green olives
3 T. capers
1/2 c. fresh basil, thinly sliced
1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
Optional: 6 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
