-2 tablespoons of butter
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-5lbs beef loin tri tip, cut into 5 pieces
-salt and pepper
-¼ cup olive oil
-1 yellow onion, finely chopped
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 bay leaf
-28 ounces crushed tomatoes
-1 cup red wine
-1/3 cup fresh minced parsley
-Kosher salt and black pepper
-1 lb spaghetti
-3 Tbs butter
-Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded for serving
-Fresh Parsley, minced for garnish
