Ingredients: 

2 lbs baby potatoes
2 1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs, chopped
1 tbsp any vinegar except balsamic
2 bunches radishes, sliced
1 long English cucumber
2 tbsp chives or green onions, finely chopped
1 cup Stonyfield Greek yogurt, whole milk
1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
1 tsp any mustard
1 small garlic clove, grated
1/2 tsp salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
