Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
1 cup grits
1 heaping cup fresh cilantro leaves
One 4-ounce can diced green chiles (preferably Hatch brand, fire-roasted)
6 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
