Grilled Asparagus and Spiced Pear Salad with Goat's Cheese


2 ripe fresh pears
½ cup white wine
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 package mixed baby salad leaves
2 oz crumbled goat’s cheese
1 lb fresh asparagus
4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Balsamic vinegar, as needed
