1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
