American Cheese slices
Teriyaki sauce (low sodium)
Wheat bulkie rolls
2 cloves garlic, minced
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Pound chicken breasts to desired thinness. Place in tupperware or ziplock bag.
Add 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and any other desired spices.
Marinate overnight, or at least 2 hours.
Grill chicken & pineapple slices, toast buns over grill as well, if desired. Top chicken with cheese, then pineapple. Enjoy!
