•1/4 cup Buttermilk
•1 clove Garlic, crushed
•1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
•2 tbsp White wine vinegar
•1/2 tsp Sugar
•1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
•Dash of hot pepper sauce, or to taste
•1/3 cup Crumbled Gorgonzola

•6-8 Oval-shaped potatoes, medium sized
•4 tbsp Olive oil
•3 Garlic cloves
•4 Rosemary sprigs
•Salt
