Hazelnut Cilantro Crackers


3/4 cup (115 g) hazelnuts (filberts)

1/4 cup (30 g) finely ground flax seeds

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

1/4 cup (40 g) whole bean or chickpea flour

1/4 tsp (1 ml) fine sea salt

1/4 tsp (1 ml) baking soda

1/2-2/3 cup (120-160 ml) fresh cilantro, parsley or basil leaves, or a combination

2 Tbsp (30 ml) organic coconut oil, melted, or extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbsp (45 ml) water
