8 small tortillas ($0.40)
8 large eggs ($0.80)
1/2 cup milk ($0.05)
2 tsp butter ($0.05)
1 small onion, diced ($0.30)
1 medium green pepper, diced ($0.50)
1 small red pepper, diced ($0.50)
1/3-1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar with chipotle peppers. Yum!) ($0.35)
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash of hot sauce (optional)
