500g lean lamb or beef or chicken mince
1 large onion
4 Tbsp tomato paste
1 can (420g) baked beans
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrot and corn)
4 Tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
800g potatoes, peeled and cut into even size pieces
1/4 cup milk
1 cup reduced-fat grated cheese
8 ramekins
