1 egg white
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1. Add all the ingredients (but the peanut butter) into a mug and mix until it is smooth. 2. Drop the scoop of peanut butter into the center of the mixture and cover with the batter. 3. Place mug into microwave for 1 minute. You might need to pause microwave in the middle of the cooking process to stop it from overflowing. If this happens, simple push down the cake and resume cooking.
