Ingredients: 

3/4 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour
3/4 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup finely grated carrots (60 g)
1/2 cup finely grated zucchini (moisture squeezed out) (60 g after squeezing)
1/2 cup finely chopped apple (60 g)
1 cup mashed banana (225 g)
