2 teaspoons dried thyme
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1/3 cup white wine (you can use broth if you don’t have wine)
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
