3 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 heaping cup semisweet chocolate chips

For the Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Milk chocolate bar to make curls for garnish
