4 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened, (1/2 stick)
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 oz. marshmallow fluff crème (1 1/4 cups)

Chocolate Ganache Glaze

1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup (optional)
4 oz bakers semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
