Homemade Puff Pastry Sheets


I specifically made this for the baked apple roses recipe, and it turned out great. The butter was a little too much, may be reduce that next time.


Preparation Time : 4 to 5 hours
Makes : 15 to 18 puffs

All Purpose Flour / Maida - 400 grams
Cold Butter - 400 Grams ( 300 gram + 100 grams cubed)
Salt - 2 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
Cold Water - 200 ml or as needed
