Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip


Comments: This is good to make for a big crowd. Thanks to Cathy Griggs, my
1st grade teaching buddy for this yummy recipe.


1 large containerspinach dip
1 can artichoke quarters - cut up
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese 8-10 ounces
1 package fake crab - about 1 pound - cut up
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
red pepper

Mix all ingredients together in an over proof dish. Save some of the

cheddar for garnish. Bake about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and

the dip is bubbling around the edges.

2. Serve with your favorite crackers.
