Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae Pie


For the Graham Cracker Pie Crust:
(makes about 2 cups, enough for one 9-inch pie)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup heavy cream

For the Brownie Truffle Pie Filling:
(makes enough for one 9-inch pie)
4 1/2 ounces dark chocolate (at least 72% cocoa)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons natural cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup heavy cream

For the Fudge Sauce:
(makes around a 1/2 cup)
1 ounce dark chocolate (at least 72% cocoa), finely chopped
2 tablespoons natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
