Ingredients: 

1 can/ 450g Chickpeas in liquid (drained weight 200g)
1/3 cup Water/ Liquid (from the can)
2 Tbsp Tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste)
2-3 cloves Garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sumac (Middle Eastern berry powder)/ Paprika
Coriander leaves to garnish
Lavash/ Pita / Vegetable Crudites to serve
