Hummus

Ingredients: 

2 cups cooked or canned (not drained) chickpeas
2/3 cup tahini
3/4 cup leon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic/ 2 tablespoons minced)
1 teaspoon salt


Place all ingredients in a blender or food prcessor.  Vlend until smooth.  Serve with pitas or chips.
