Ingredient for Aloo Paratha:

Dough for parathas with 2 cups whole wheat flour
4 or 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dry mango (amchur) powder
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
Handful of chopped coriander
Ghee for frying and brushing

Ingredients for pav sandwich:

4 pav
6 tsp butter
8 slices of boiled and peeled potatoes
8 tomato slices
4 onion slices
(season veggies with little sat)
¼ cup chopped coriander
Butter for grilling (optional)
Mix to make pav sandwich masala
1 and ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder or ½ tsp garlic paste...
