1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour*
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp chickpea flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp sea salt and black pepper (or more/less to taste)
pinch of chili powder (optional)
1 small or 1/2 large red onion
1 large clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 heaping cup spinach
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup water
*Sold in shops as almond meal, you could also make this by grinding up almonds in a food processor or mill, or you could use left over almond pulp from making almond milk, if you have it on hand.
