Instant Pot Pork Hash

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 lbs ground pork
2 egg white
1 small can waterchestnuts (chop finely!)
5 TBSP chopped green onion
4 teaspoons soy sauce
3 teaspoon white sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce (optional. I like the extra flavor)
3/4 teaspoon ground WHITE pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
2 packages won ton skins ( i used mandoo skins/ wrappers, and STRETCH THEM like pizza dough, to make a “closed top. Closed seal”, because I like the way it looks. lol)
