Ingredients: 

2 3/4-3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast (2 packages )
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 cup very warm water(120 -130 F)
1/2 to taste cornmeal
1/2 to taste light olive oil
1/2 egg white
1/2 tablespoon cold water
