* 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
* 1 can (28-ounce) Can Whole Tomatoes
* 2 cups Heavy Cream
* ⅓ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 4 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Oregano
* Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper, To Taste
* Parmesan Cheese Shavings, For Serving
