I double the peppers and spice (all spice & homemade garam masala) added one baking apple chopped small to give it some texture bc the plums were quite ripe. Also, I mixed last year's plum pure with fresh picked plums. And ... for batch 2 didn't have red onion so used white cooking onion and added a dash of dried coloured jalepenos to add colour.
