Ješprenj z zeleno solato

Za 4 osebe

Ledenka (ne radiča ali endivije)

Ingredients: 

9 žlic ješprenjeve kaše
1/2 manjša glava solate
1/2 limone
sol po okusu
dve pločevinki 80 g tune v olivnem olju
voda za kuhanje kaše


Najprej skuhamo kašo, ki naj vre v vodi 10 min. Odcedimo in ohladimo preden jo damo v skledo, kjer bomo mešali solato. Očistimo in operemo 1/2 glave zelene solate in jo narežemo na tanjše trakove ter dodamo k ohlajeni kaši.

Tuno stresemo na zeleno solato in ješprenj. Dodamo razredčen sok polovice iztisnjene limone in sol.

Solato dobro premešamo, da se sestavine enakomerno porazdelijo. Lahko dodamo še česen.
