1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1 cup seedless raspberry jelly (or cherry -- any flavor will work)
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
