Jeweled Pyramids Recipe

2 1/2 cups (12 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups (10 ounces) pecans, chopped fine
16 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
1/2 cup packed (3 1/2 ounces) light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
26 Kraft caramels
1/4 cup milk

Very loose texture, like a shortbread. VERY fussy to finish with the dipping of caramel and nuts.

I portioned the dough out to the recommended proportion, but they would have been HUGE. I ended up splitting each portion in two and they made perfect size.
