I love breakfast and there’s something bright and fresh about adding lemons to your morning. Sour cream + lemons makes these pancakes tender and flavorful and they don’t even need syrup….uh, but that didn’t stop me. I love me some syrup.

ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Zest of half a lemon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons lemon juice
