wash and rip Kale into 2" pieces and spin in salad spinner. In food processor, chop yeast with salt, garlic and nuts. In large mixing bowl combine nut-yeast mix, kale, oil.
Spread kale out onto baking sheets in single layer. Bake at 300, for maybe 15 minutes, flipping mid way through.
