Kamut, Wild Rice and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients: 

1 cup Kamut
1 cup Wild Rice
1 cup dried Cranberries
2 medium Carrots
1 small Red Onion
½ cup fresh Parsley, finely

Dressing
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
