Ingredients: 

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
5 to 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
3 large egg yolks, at room temperature
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice, or regular limes
2 tsp. grated lime zest
Topping:
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
