Key Lime Pie


One of our favorites!


2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup key lime
1 Graham cracker crust
Zest of 3 key limes

Pre heat oven to 350°

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl using a wisk. After adding zest you can squeeze the lime juice for a little extra kick, you may want to short your measurement of key lime juice to compensate.

Pour mixture into pie crust

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until you see small bubbles appear on the surface.

Cool on counter then refrigerate for at least four hours.

Garnish as desired, using whipped cream, lime slices, merange etc.
