Kobes-nu-sak (Cabbage Sak)

This dish is very quick.
Make sure you have all the spices out before starting.
Goes well with Dar Bhat.

Serves 2-3


1. Cabbage - 4 cups loosely packed, shredded (about half a head of cabbage)
Oil: 3 tbs
Rye: 1.5 tsp
Arudh: 1 tsp
Salt: 3/4 tsp (start with a little less than even)
Murchu: 1.5 tsp (frozen, packed)
Powdery Dhana: full 2 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Cilatro: for garnish
